How to use or test?
Direct testing:
Touch the tip of the tester to the wire (uninsulated or metal/copper surface of the wire) that you want to test, press the direct test button.
Break point testing:
Touch the tip of the tester to the wire (outside or the wire/wire with insulation) that you want to test, press the inductance break-point test button then move the tester (you will see a lightning ⚡ symbol on the display which means the wire inside the cord or wire is energized. Move until the lightning ⚡ symbol disappear which means the wire or cord is not energized or no electricity or power is passing thru (which means there is a break point on your wire or cord is cut off).
------------------------
Note: If the source voltage doesn't reach 70% of higher voltage, then tester will display lower voltage.
For example : In a 220V pin/socket test, if the current of 154 volt is flowing, then the display will show 110V and not 220V in the LCD screen or lower.
