Here are the steps on how to check if your Guarantee Letter is authentic, valid, or still available. If your letter from PCSO don't have a validation number just ask for it from PSCO office if you want to validate your letter online. Step 1. Goto PCSO Website. PCSO https://www.pcso.gov.ph/ Step 2.
